- Describe the Model Standards of Conduct

- Construct an Agreement to Mediate

- Identify different personality styles and mediate accordingly

- Recall and use mediation techniques

- Explain and use listening skills and assertive communication techniques

- Prepare Mediation Agreements

- Develop business and marketing plans for a Mediation practice

 

Attendance and participation during all 40 hours of the training program is required for successful completion.*
